REM Fiscal is a SaaS platform focused on commercial and fiscal management for retail businesses, designed to centralize sales, invoicing, stock control, and daily operations in a single solution. The system integrates with ARCA to issue invoices and tax documents, allowing each business to operate with a robust, highly configurable platform ready for different operational scenarios, both from the web and from dedicated Android point-of-sale devices.
The solution includes key features for daily operations, such as stock management, bulk price updates, price lists, cash register management with openings, closings, and audits, as well as branch administration, users, roles, and permissions. The cashier mode can be used either from a browser or from Android terminals with built-in printers, including POS devices and dual-screen touch displays, where one screen is used by the cashier and the smaller one is intended for the customer, improving the in-store checkout experience.
One of REM Fiscal’s main differentiators is its focus: it was not designed only to process sales, but also to simplify accounting work. The platform generates reports already prepared for accountants, making control, follow-up, and fiscal management tasks much easier. In addition, it can operate even without an internet connection, including invoice issuance through CAEA-based workflows, making it especially valuable for businesses that require operational continuity, traceability, and strong fiscal reliability.

This project was developed as a complete solution for businesses that need much more than a traditional invoicing system. REM Fiscal combines sales, administration, and control tools in a platform designed to support the full business workflow, from product and price management to invoice issuance, fiscal customer association, and detailed cash register and branch tracking.
Unlike many other retail systems, REM Fiscal places special emphasis on the needs of accountants and fiscal administration. This is reflected in the generation of specific reports that simplify daily accounting work, reduce manual tasks, and improve visibility across the business. The platform also includes advanced configuration options, role-based permissions, and multiple usage modes, allowing it to adapt to both simple and more complex operational structures.
From a technical perspective, the platform was built with a React frontend, a Laravel backend, Android terminal applications developed in Kotlin, and an invoicing service implemented in Symfony. This architecture made it possible to create a stable, scalable ecosystem ready to integrate with dedicated point-of-sale hardware.
