Parking Nube is a comprehensive parking management solution designed to modernize daily operations using a portable terminal with a thermal printer and a remote administration platform. The system allows for efficient calculation of parking durations, ticket issuance, and payment management, while maintaining complete control of the business from the device itself, a mobile app, or a web dashboard.
One of the project's key differentiators is the combination of portability and real-time management. Operators can work directly from the mobile ticketing device, while parking managers can access reports, metrics, cash flow, occupancy levels, and configurations from anywhere. Furthermore, the system supports various payment methods based on regulations or operational needs, including hourly, half-hour, fractional, stay, and monthly rates.
Parking Nube was designed to offer a simple, robust, and reliable experience in demanding environments. It features battery backup in case of power outages, remote connectivity, instant ticket issuance, and a clear interface to facilitate daily operations. In turn, it integrates with the FactuXimio online billing service, allowing the issuance of receipts and supporting the operation with a technological base prepared to scale, adapt to different locations and provide key information for decision-making.
A Parking Management Platform
This project was developed as a digital ecosystem for modern parking management. Parking Nube doesn't just replace a traditional ticketing system; it adds a complete layer of remote management that allows for real-time operational monitoring, control of multiple devices, and access to key business information from a single account.
The solution includes ticket issuance, time-of-use control, cash management, vehicle tracking, statistical reports, and flexible rate configuration. It also incorporates billing and operational compliance capabilities through its connection with FactuXimio, our SaaS online billing service integrated with ARCA WebServices. In this way, the system addresses both point-of-sale operations and the administrative and tracking needs of the business.
At the development level, we worked on an architecture comprised of a Kotlin application for Android devices, a React web panel, and a Laravel backend, resulting in a robust and maintainable solution. The result is a product designed for parking companies that need to optimize processes, reduce operating times, and have a reliable tool to manage their activity with greater control, traceability, and efficiency.
