2021 SaaS Mobile Apps Integrations Software Factory Digital Marketing

In 2021, we began building Bench Club, a digital platform created to support the growth of a private networking and benchmarking club designed exclusively for executives and business leaders. Bench Club’s proposal combines community, learning, and strategic validation among peers, enabling decision-makers from different areas to share real experiences, compare approaches, and discuss common business challenges before applying decisions within their own organizations.

The club’s model is based on small groups organized by seniority and area of expertise, with moderated monthly meetings focused on discussing real business issues. Based on that logic, the platform needed to support not only the club’s institutional structure, but also provide digital tools for accessing content, classes, talks, and events, always according to each user’s subscription plan. It also included an internal messaging system with a WhatsApp-like experience, strengthening ongoing interaction between members and creating a more active and collaborative environment.

The solution included both the web portal and the main platform for content access and management, as well as iOS and Android mobile apps, also developed by Ximiodev. The platform was integrated with different video and streaming services to deliver live classes and events, accessible only to authenticated users. Subscription management was also implemented through Mercado Pago and PayPal. In addition, we developed all the marketing assets used throughout the 2021 and 2022 campaigns, resulting in a complete digital ecosystem for a professional community with presence across several Latin American countries.

Bench Club

A community, content, and subscription platform for business leaders

This project was developed as a complete digital solution to support Bench Club’s value proposition, a professional community built around the exchange of experiences among senior executives. The challenge was not simply to build a content platform, but to create an environment capable of combining learning, interaction, live events, membership management, and user communication within an experience aligned with the level and profile of its audience.

The platform allowed members to access classes, talks, and events according to their subscription plan, while also integrating live broadcasts through external video and streaming services. This required an architecture capable of controlling authenticated access, organizing content, and ensuring that each user could only view what matched their membership level. At the same time, the addition of an internal messaging system with a chat-like experience introduced a social and collaborative layer that reinforced ongoing interaction between participants beyond the monthly meetings.

From a broader digital ecosystem perspective, the project included the development of the web portal, the core platform, and the iOS and Android mobile applications, along with subscription integrations through Mercado Pago and PayPal. We also designed and produced the marketing assets used during key campaigns in 2021 and 2022. The result was a robust, multi-platform solution prepared to support the regional growth of an executive community with a distinctive value proposition in the Latin American market.
