Acceso Nube is a platform focused on corporate access control, designed for companies, plants, offices, and controlled-entry environments that need to centrally manage who can enter, through which access point, and at what time. Unlike a traditional attendance system, its core purpose is operational security and the intelligent management of entry, exit, and authorization rules across the organization.
The solution integrates with turnstiles and different access-control devices, allowing segmented rules based on profiles, areas, or authorization levels. This makes it possible to assign specific permissions to each person for certain zones while keeping other areas restricted. In addition, the system supports RFID card management for temporary access and special scenarios, making it especially useful for visitors, temporary staff, contractors, or time-limited access workflows.
One of its strongest differentiators is its ability to generate real-time notifications for control and security staff. Whenever someone passes through an access point, the platform can immediately report events such as an employee or visitor entering the premises, improving operational visibility and response capacity. The result is a system that combines control, traceability, and security for companies that need to manage access with greater precision, flexibility, and real-time supervision.
A more flexible, scalable, and security-driven access platform
This project was developed as an evolution toward a more robust enterprise access-management model, designed for organizations that require stronger segmentation, broader device integration, and an architecture prepared to scale. Acceso Nube shares part of the functional approach of Control Nube, but it is specifically focused on physical access control, profile-based permissions, and active supervision of access events across the company.
From a functional perspective, the platform allows turnstile integration, temporary RFID credential management, zone permissions based on user profile, and real-time alerts whenever a relevant access event occurs. This makes it especially valuable for receptions, checkpoints, and security teams, since it enables live monitoring of movements and improves decision-making in authorized, restricted, or exceptional access scenarios.
From a technical standpoint, Acceso Nube was built on a distributed service-based architecture, moving away from more traditional monolithic approaches. The core backend was developed in Go, the frontend in React, and the real-time notification layer in Node, resulting in a more scalable, decoupled solution ready to work with a wider range of devices and integrations. The outcome is a modern access-control platform designed for companies that prioritize security, performance, and long-term scalability.
